Seating Duration
Parties of 1-3 are reserved for 1h 45m. Parties of 4-6 have a 2h 15m allocation to enjoy full degustazione service.
15-Minute Grace Window
Please notify our host team if arriving late. Tables are held for 15 minutes prior to being released to waiting guests.
Cancellation Policy
We prepare daily artisanal dough and fresh produce based on booking counts. Please modify or cancel at least 12 hours before your seating. No-shows or same-day cancellations may incur a courtesy fee of $25 per guest.
